About: Propeller is a nonprofit that helps entrepreneurs grow their nonprofits and small businesses to tackle social and environmental disparities in New Orleans.

Project: Design and strategy support for Propeller's growth-stage entrepreneurs participating in semi-annual cohorts

Challenge: Propeller's entrepreneurs have taken their ideas to market, but most have no in-house design capacity and no budget for a full agency relationship. Each company needs a personalized approach to creating brand materials that support scaling.

Solution: We provide graphic design and strategy support directly to each cohort, creating marketing materials built to promote each venture's products and services. Deliverables include postcards, thank-you letters, social media templates, signage, and additional collateral, each aligned to the individual brand's identity while leading with the benefit to its target audience. Our marketing operations strategy includes project management training that supports needs such as forms and intake processes.
